Windows 10 Game Apps

I recently added a game to my 'Windows 10 PC' from ('Microsoft') 'Store' - the info of PC is attached as a screenshot image - but it crashes at once when opening to play. Please let me know if this PC of mine is compatible with the game's requirements, and, help me with this. Thanks.

Thank you, Catherine Cus. I've tried your suggested, possible solutions: (1) 'How to find out if a game will work on your Windows 10 device' (2) 'Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps', and, (3) 'How to perform a clean boot in Windows'. The suggestion
at number 2 & 3 (above) didn't solve the problem, although the suggestion no. 2 gave an error (that you can view in the image inserted in this reply).

The game app isn't opening, in Store, as to check: 'Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the game and then look at the
Additional Information section.'

Based on the error you've received, this seems to be due to corrupted Store cache. We suggest manually resetting the Store app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

  1. Click Start, then Settings.
  2. Select System.
  3. Select Apps & features.
  4. Find the Store app, then click Reset.
  5. Click Reset again to confirm.
  6. Restart your device so that the changes will take effect. Sign in to the app. Launch the game and check if the same issue occurs.

We also recommend accessing the game from the Start menu. Here are the steps:

  1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
  2. Select All apps, and then find your game in the list. Check if you encounter the same issue.

Following the steps in your first suggested solution, I reached here, as show in the image inserted, and saw no 'Reset' option. And, I 'don't have a different user profile', but the word 'link', typed and suggested in your reply, at the end of your reply, doesn't appear as a hyperlink.

Yes, indeed. Not yet resolved, facing the same issue: The game app shuts, or crashes down, at once, within 15 - 20 seconds after opening. Even 'Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10' didn't work.
