Unable to install Minecraft game

So i bought a copy of minecraft, and I saw that people are getting help for it here since microsoft owns it now. This is my only option left since the dedicated microsoft support staff for the game are ignoring my tickets and requests. I bought the game and it wont give it to me, I have all the proof of purchase, but it still says I have not bought it. I didn't buy it through the microsoft store, this is just my only option since the other support services only have bots.

We understand the difficulties as you are unable to download and install Minecraft game on your PC and we’ll certainly help you with the issue. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

 

  • Where did you purchase the Minecraft game?

  • Which edition of Minecraft you purchased, is it Java/Windows 10 edition?

 

Basically, if you have purchased Minecraft Java version from Mojang, then visit the Mojang website and sign in with the email account used to purchase the game, then download and install the game.

 

If you still face the issue please check with the Minecraft Help Chat team for further assistance on this issue as they are the concern team, who can assist you with the redemption code issue.

I purchased it directly from mojang, it is the java edition. I have made many tickets with the mojang support, but have not received any response. I have signed in with the email that owns the game, but it prompts me to buy it again if i try to play it after after i download it.

I  downloaded it off their website, i open the installed game, but it prompts me to purchase the game and wont let me play, even though im logged in and i own the game.

Did you ever migrate your old premium account over?

If not, please use this link here:

This will Migrate your account over and you should be able to start playing again.

Sorry the response was not helpful. 

I am afraid there is nothing much more I can suggest with this issue as it looks as though someone needs to look into your account in order to see what is happening. They are probably overwhelmed by the number of folk asking for support. 

While Microsoft did buy Minecraft out, they have their own chat support services that are separate from Microsoft's chat support. Have you received any information as to how far along you are in the que?

The other thing I can think of is if the game has been refunded to you. Have you ever received a notification/email from Mojang informing you that you have been refunded Minecraft?

Have you downloaded Minecraft on any other PC/device?

it has not been refunded, i dont know how far I am in the queue, its been about 5-6 weeks.
