Out of storage on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition 1.12.0

Why am I getting a message that says im out of storage? I've had atleast 3 different survival worlds, all which I had to delete because after some time in the world, it would kick me out saying I had no storage space left to save in. This is not the case if the game is downloaded to a 1 terabyte hard drive that still has 600+ gigabytes on it. My most recent world reached 17 MB and said i was out of space.  I will be able to walk around for a couple seconds before getting the message again. In one of the worlds I got stuck in a nether portal and that message popped up everytime i even went into the world.

Ive tried

Exporting and importing the world.

copying the world

re-installing minecraft

creating completely new worlds

restarted minecraft

restarted pc

I don't understand why minecraft isn't pulling any more storage off my hard drive, but its really annoying.

Could you confirm if this also happens in the default Administrator account?

Open Start
Type: cmd
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type:
net user administrator /active:yes

Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.

Try launching Minecraft again.
