Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Promo
Hey there! I purchased Minecraft: Java Edition about a decade ago, and made sure to claim the Windows 10 version for free while I could (Before April). I am now trying to play with my little sister for her birthday and need to download the
Windows 10 edition, but my account is now saying I no longer own it. Could I get it re-added to my account? Thank you for your help!

I could not exactly understand what you want to say. Can you tell me? Where did you get Windows 10 for free?
If you want to install Windows 10 for free, you can download and simply install it. And if you want to upgrade from Windows 8 or 7 to Windows 10, then you can do this as well.

Yeah! This is a question about Minecraft, not Windows 10. There are two versions for PC, one of which was available for free to users that bought the other version up until April. I claimed my free copy and now it
is saying i do not own it and have to buy it again- Minecraft support told me to ask Microsoft support, so here i am! I am trying to figure out where it went or if Microsoft will just redeem the Windows 10 version for free again in my account to fix the issue.
I own Minecraft Java Edition and i can show proof of that, but I need my Windows 10 edition Minecraft to play with my sister for her birthday!!

I apologize for my mistake, but your question was something that telling about Windows 10 edition, that's why I thought you need Windows 10.

Hey did you ever get your Minecraft windows 10 edition back? Im having the same problem where i am certain that i redeemed my free windows 10 (Bedrock) edition way back in 2015 but the microsoft store tells me i have to buy it again! Mojang directed me
to contact microsoft as well.
