Minecraft Master Collection missing 1000 minecoins

I have purchased Minecraft windows 10 Master Collection a few days ago.

I'm unable to get the 1,000 minecoins which is included with the bundle. I logged-in into Minecraft using my microsoft account. In microsoft store it says that to redeem my minecoins, I just need to login Minecraft using your microsoft account and visit the in-game store. I did exactely that but did not get my coins. 

I have spoken with the Microsoft/Xbox support team and they told me to get in touch with Mojang/minecraft directly. I have had email exchanges with Minecraft support and they don´t seem to know about what is included in the Windows 10 Master collection pack and are not providing me with my minecoins. 

Can anyone help me with this?

I have already looked in the minecraft help. There is an article there saying I should contact the Microsoft Xbox support:

I did that. The support agent could see I owned the Minecoins but he said he cannot do anything and I needed to contact Mojang/Minecraft support.

I contacted the Mojang Minecraft support and they keep telling me that the 1,000 minecoins is a promotion that ended on 20th of April. There is such a promotion that exists but has nothing to do with my case.

I bought the Minecraft Master Collection on Microsoft store on 23rd of April and that included 1,000 minecoins. Either Microsoft is selling Minecoins after expiry date or Mojang is cancelling the minecoins bought via Microsoft. 

Can someone help me with this problem?

Same problem we have today, could not redeem 1000 minecoins from Master collection. 

It seems that Microsoft is selling minecoins to scam people.

Same, just bought this edition for $50 and there's no 1K coins. Found that out when I wanted to buy a $1 skin addon and it told me I had no minecoins. Also haven't found the RTX yet, which is the whole reason I'm switching over from Java Edition after 10 years.

I've contacted customer support which sent me to minecraft customer support who asked for proof of purchase to then ignore me..

The 1000 minecoins is a scam. Never received and no one can help. I have called Microsoft 6 times and each time I am transferred to at least 3 different people. It is ridiculous. Microsoft needs to change the store purchase and remove the minecoins. Stop making customers think they are actually going to receive the minecoins.
