I'm pretty amazed that Microsoft wants retail employees to train on their products to better be able to sell them yet the main learning tool is unavailable to them. It doesn't seem like it's a priority for Microsoft.
I am starting a new thread because the last one is two years old and the comments on there do not have any useful information on how to resolve this issue.
Can someone from the Microsoft ExpertZone program please contact me with help on how to fix this problem? It's going on 6 months that I can't log on.
