Ark Will not let me sign in!


I got ark on my xbox and now i want to play it on pc. I downloaded it and now this happens. How do i sign in? my network connection is fine.

Uninstall the Xbox app then download and install the Xbox (beta) app to see if it will let you sign in:

Reconfigure the Windows Store.

1. Download and run the problem solver for applications and the Windows Store: http://aka.ms/diag_apps10

2. Manually restore store settings:

a) Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run window.

b) Type wsreset.exe and press the Enter key to execute the command.

3. Wait for the process to finish, restart your computer and check that it has been fixed.

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features
Scroll down to Ark Survival
Select it
Click Advanced options
Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

That still ddn’t work! I have tried other things as well. I have no clue what to do now.

Hey there, BoBoMid04

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums. 

Please can you type System Config in the Search Bar on your Taskbar (known as Cortana). Then open it.

Once you have opened it, please click onto Service Tab and make sure Xbox services are enabled?
