PUA:Win32/Tsingsoft

when i go into win defender it shows that there is an unwanted app (PUA:Win32/Tsingsoft )

I think it is being blocked but the info is not clear. it has a yellow exclamtion point on it and when i review it there are at least dozen of the same file with different dates.

i tried to click remove in action but they do not dissapear

can you give me detailed instructions on how to remove these files from my HD?

Hi HarveyKornblau,

My name is Jen a fellow Windows 10 user and an Independent Advisor. Try using Microsoft Safety Scanner to scan and remove the threat on your computer.
Download it here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
Jen
