Netgear Genie App compatability with Windows 10

Netgear Genie app has stopped working message. Genie App does not launch?

Please share the details.

  • Where did you downloaded Netgear Genie App?
  • Do you see any error code or error message on the screen?

 

As a work around, I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run App Troubleshooter

  • Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  • Run the  Windows Store apps troubleshooter        

If the issue persist, I suggest you to download and install the latest app from the developer’s website and check if it helps.
