Can't type anything in Win 10 Apps (Cortana, Search, Calculator, Feedback, etc.)

The issue might be caused if the System Files are corrupted. So, I suggest you to follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run SFC (System File Checker) scan.

1. Right clink on Start button and select “Command Prompt (Admin)”.
2. Type “sfc /scannow” and press Enter.
3. After the scan is complete, type “exit” and press Enter.

Method 2: Run the DISM Tool.

1. Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt(admin).
2. Type the following commands in command prompt one by one and press Enter after each command.  

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Method 3: Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

1. Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
2. Click on View all on top left pane.
3. Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
