I can't login into my Instagram it keeps on saying that URL request time out each time I tried to login is Microsoft going to fix this problem?

This has been happening for the past few days. My internet connection is strong and I made sure if all my other apps are working in which they are.

Hi Jennifer,

Can you verify you're able to log into the website for me - https://www.instagram.com/

I'm assuming you are having an issue logging into the Windows 10 App, right?

Let me know if you can log in, and then we'll move forward.

- C

Ok, so it's just the App giving you an issue.

1. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?

2. Can you try to go to Settings>Apps> Microsoft Store - advanced options, then look for a reset button.

Let's try these two things and see if we have any luck!

Hi Jennifer. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

If this is the app, then try resetting or reinstalling it at Settings > Apps & Features > Instagram app > Advanced Options > Reset and/ or Reinstall.

Try signing into Instagram in a browser.

If using a browser then try another.

OK... Do you have a seperate login for Instagram, or do you use your facebook login? I'm seeing different groups of people out there having specific issues logging in with their fb account.
