I understand you are receiving this error 0x80070002. Since you have already tried the troubleshooter and windows store reset. Please try the steps below and see if it helps:
Method 1: I would suggest you try Clean Boot and see if it helps:
Click on the link below and refer the KB article to perform a clean boot: (Steps given for Windows 8.1 are applicable for windows 10 as well, please follow them)

Method 2:
If you have any security software installed on your computer I would suggest you to disable security software and perform a clean boot and check if it helps.
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as
soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Disable proxy connection
If you use any proxy connection, then follow the steps to disable proxy:
a. Click the Gearbox at the top right corner in Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
c. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
d. Uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN box.
e. Click Ok.
