Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Problem

When I try to select a puzzle in Daily Challenge mode, the app does not respond because it says puzzles are downloading but they never finish downloading. I can go to other areas of the app (ie: anything other than Daily Challenge) and it works. Anyone out there have this problem with Windows 10? I have all the latest updates etc.

I suggest you to follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1: App troubleshooter

I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter from the following link and check.

If the issue still persist, follow method 2.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the app.

If the app troubleshooter doesn’t resolve the issue, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Jigsaw Puzzle app and check.

I also recommend you to contact the game developer team as well. Hope they might help you in resolving the issue.
