Location of Paint 3D project file

I'm trying to find the editable file location of my Paint 3D project. For instance, I want to move from my desktop to surface and edit as layers (like photoshop) or share the layered file to someone else so they can move things around. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

I have been able to locate the files, but it will only open them in VLC media player and won't work when using Paint 3D. Is there a "master" file in every project map or something like that?
