Windows 10 Photo app

I am using new Windows 10 Photo app. 

Having this issue:

Go to albums, select an album

Select "watch" under the pregenerated video at top of page

Select "export or share" on right had side, pick any option (small, medium, large...)

The video is generated and placed in a folder.

PROBLEM is: every video I generate for export has a grainy transition corruption that makes the video pretty useless

Note: the video in the app ( prior to generation for export) plays just fine.

I have tried this on multiple albums and selections same issue

Here's an example of grainy garbage all over an other wise clear snapshot

Thanks for using Photos! The bug you see here has been fixed as of app version 2018.18022.15180.0. Please let us know on Feedback Hub if you see additional visual issues with your exported videos.

Hi Andrew,

Regarding your issue with the Photo app, we encourage you to submit your query using the Feedback Hub.  You can either vote on an existing submission or submit a new issue. When you submit a feedback item, we gather additional details and information about your issue that will help determine what is causing it and address it. Please revisit frequently to see the status of your feedback items.


In order to submit new feedback, please follow these steps:

 

1. On a Windows 10 device, search for “Feedback Hub” in Cortana search, then launch the app.

2. Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.

3. Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.

4. Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you are done.

5. Once you’ve have completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.

6. Click Continue using Feedback Hub

7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear)

8. Open the item you submitted, and then click Share.

9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like https://aka.ms/<unique link>)
