Try this

Option 1. Check for updates.

Press the Windows key + i .
In Settings, go to Update and security> Windows Update and then select Check for updates.
Install the available updates and restart the computer.

Option 2. Problem Solver.

If you have problems with any of the applications in the Windows Store, do the following:

Run: problem solver for Windows applications.
Select Open
Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Option 3. Restart the Windows Store.

Open System Symbol as administrator: Press the Windows key to open the start, type the word CMD, select System Symbol, right-click on it and then the option Run as Administrator.
Write the command.

WSRESET

When the process is finished, restart the computer.

Hello,
Try doing a repair install. A repair Install keeps everything and reinstalls Windows.
