E-mail-Road Runner is not working on Mail app on Windows 10.

I have tried to set up my email on the W10 email app and I cannot get it to work at all.

I have Road Runner as my IT provider. I have plugged in all of the incoming and outgoing server settings as RR instructed me, but the email app will not sync with RR. The RR rep told me to set the port settings, however the W10 app does not have the option to set the port settings even when I use the advanced email setup. 

Since I cannot get the email app to work, I have decided not to set up W10 on any of my other PCs and I am encouraging friends to not install W10 or buy a PC with W10 until this gets fixed.

Does anyone have a solution to setting up the app for a Road Runner POP3 account?

What I just did to get the Windows 10 mail software to retrieve and sync my Road Runner email account was that I set the in port setting to pop.roadrunner.com:110 and the outgoing port to smtp.roadrunner.com:587.

Make sure to uncheck the SSL requirement boxes too. You can find other settings at http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/support/faqs/faqs-internet/e-mailacco/incoming-outgoing-server-addresses.html .
