Deleting events in the windows 10 calendar

After adding a birthday to windows 10 calendar, I am unable to delete it. Please help?

Hi,

Thank you for updating us with the status of the issue.

I suggest you click on the event and check for the delete option on the top and try to delete the event from there.

If issue persists, run the App troubleshooter to fix issues that may prevent app from working properly.
