This doesn't quite work. The Powershell command fails because Cortina needs to be closed (error message below). I can't find a way to close Cortina, it restarts itself automatically.  Edge still crashes, so I'm guessing that we need to find a way to stop cortina????

Powershell error message:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could not be installed because resources it
modifies are currently in use.

None of the usual posted approaches work

DISM

SFC

WSReset

Powershell

There is something wrong with the user profile.  New accounts work, old ones do not.  The link from windows central below might work.  Will give it a try later.

There are posts all over the internet about this problem.
