Camera App Low resolution - Windows 10

My camera is Logitech C920.

Last week, I could use the Camera app just fine. But in the last few days, the Camera app starts having problem.

It seems like the camera is zoomed in, and I have tried to zoom all the way out and it didn't work. So I'm thinking it's the resolution problem. I also have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device software, driver. As well as reinstalling the Camera App from app store. 

From the Logitech Gaming Software, you can see the preview.
