your windows license expire soon on my preinstalled windows????

hello i have an alienware 15 R2 and i get this message like the picture below it says "your windows license expire soon", it always came up everytime i boot up my laptop. this happens after i download the latest windows update. when i click on  go to settings there is no activate button and it doesnt tell me the expiry date but in activation windows it says windows is activated, so why this is happening?

i've tried many things like in this article http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/your-windows-licence-will-expire-soon-windows-10/2fa47963-c193-4e43-bdc0-e2cbab42328d

and  i've also tried submit my windows product key, but still, it doesnt work. is it a bug or something? please help :(

At this point, I would get Alienware or Dell on the line and let them know. This may be something they'll need to resolve.

You should take it back to where you bought it and have them sort it out.

The computer has been installed with a Volume License (Not from Dell) issued to the "organisation" referred to in the background screen. This is contrary to the EULA terms as the license remains the property of that organisation and cannot be sold individually for personal use.

In order to prevent abuse Volume License systems must connect periodically to the organisations license management server (every 6 months max) which your system has not been able to do.

Dell would not have sold this system with the license so it must have been loaded by somebody else. If you go onto the Dell support site the service tag may give you access to the system component specification which would show what O/S it was originally sold with. This would be the only version of Windows it would be licensed for.

You do not have any other option. Only a reload will remove the Volume License. They need to reinstall it with the original version of Windows as supplied by Dell.
