Your pc has ran into problems and a black screen

Hi, I have a a windows desktop and it's only the monitor, like it's all built inside the comp itself, and there's no mother board box or anything and every time I start the computer it starts up after loading but doesn't reach the login page and it says my pc has ran into a problem and it will restart it for me and then it doesn't the diagnose load and goes completely black and I thought if I left it it would just at some point load or say something but I've left it for like 12 hours and it's still black. I turned it off and stopped using it for about a month and now I have tried again and it still shows my the same problem. I have tried to unplug it and hold the power button for two minutes and that doesn't help. Someone please help me!!!!

With Windows 8/8.1 The Product Key on preinstalled Operating Systems (HP, Acer, etc) is embedded in the BIOS in the Motherboard, so that the lost and/or worn C.O.A. Sticker problem is no more.

When you reinstall it will pick up the Product Key and activate the system automatically.

I tried to use all them but it's all useless until I can go to the advance page (blue screen) because I tried to get to it, but I can't because it needs to either reach the login page or I need a flash drive or disk, which I don't have and it's just like one big thick monitor, like there's not the usual mother board box that it has.
