Your organization used Device Guard to block this app" error on ACER Laptop

Hi,

Just enabled the upgrade from Windows 10 S to WIN 10 pro because I could not install any of the programs I wanted and now O get the error message below when I try tro install new Apps :-

Can anyone help ?
