Xbox 360 wireless receiver gets error code 43

Xbox 360 wireless receiver gets error code 43. But ever since i put in a corrupt usb port it will only show on the bad port and on non of my other ports. it doesn't work on another computer. and since then my usb receiver won't work. I've tried installing the xbox 360 Accessories Disc but comes up with uncaptible with system.
And I can't find the update on http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/downloads.
Xbox 360 wireless RECEIVER.
I've already tried updating and uninstalling and restarting.

Follow these methods:

 

Method 1:

 

Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to run the automated troubleshooting services and see if that does the trick.

 

Method 2:

 

Follow these steps:

 

a.     Open Device Manager

b.     Right click the “Unidentified Device” and click “Properties.”

c.     Click the “Driver” tab.

d.     Click “Update Driver…”

e.     Select “Browse my computer for driver software.”

f.      Click “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.”

g.     Click “Windows Common Controller for Window Class.”

h.     Select “Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows version:”

i.      Click “Update Driver Warning.”

j.      Click “Yes.”
