WordPerfect X7 freezes in Windows 10

Original Title: WordPerfect X7 & Windows 10

Hi all. Just bought a new machine with Windows 10. I have downloaded the Service Pack 2 for Corel and CAN NOT get Corel WordPerfect X7 to work in any compatibility mode. The program will open but freezes as soon as I try to open any document or to type anything. Any help would be appreciated as I need WordPerfect to do my job and have wasted three days trying to get it to work.

I understand that the WordPrerfect X7 is not working in Windows 10. We will help you.

I suggest you to keep updated the Java and Microsoft Visual Basics and check reinstalling the application and check if it helps.

You may also try downloading the latest version of the WordPerfect from the official site and check installing it.

As they have stated that the latest version is compatible in Windows 10, I suggest you to check if it helps installing the latest version.

If it doesn't help, I suggest you to contact the Corel support and check if it helps.
