WindowsBase Version 3.0.0.0 in Global Assembly Cache

I got this message of needing a WindowsBase Version 3.0.0.0 in Global Assembly Cache when trying to download some Dell Applications - Video Stage & Music Stage and to consult the Administrator.  Can you assist me with this?

Let’s follow these steps & check if it helps:

a) Navigate to the location C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\WindowsBase.dll.

b) Copy & paste the file Windowsbase.dll to C:\Windows\Assembly.

 

Also, as it seems like a .NET framework issue, you may run a Microsoft .NET framework repair tool:
