Windows11 not detecting usb security key (needed for banking)

Hello,

I need to use a usb security key to log and make movements in my bank account. I insert the usb key and the device manager shows me "Other devices -> Unkown device".

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

And of course the update driver and search never fixes the issue

The process of:

Settings -> Account -> Sign in options -> security key -> manage

Ens up on an endless spining loop and a message "insert your security key into the usb port" when the usb key is already inserted.

What can I do for this windows 11 to recognize the usb key that I need for online banking?
