Windows xp service pack 4 ??

Doing a fresh install and, I don't like to hook my comp to the internet until I have all my security updates installed. I see that tons of patches have come out rather quickly. Any idea if Microsoft will find the need to make a service pack 4 ?? They have until 2014 to do it. Thanks :)

**There will NOT be a Windows XP Service Pack 4**

Hopefully, "fresh install" does not mean a Repair Install.

NB: WinXP SP3 (only) entered Extended Support Lifecycle in April 2009. Computers running WinXP SP2 will NOT be offered any further critical security updates, Automatic Updates will cease to function, and Windows Update website will not be available after 12 April 2010 until SP3 is installed.
