Windows Update Tab missing under Update and Security

Hi,

This is really strange. How could that be missing? Anyway, let's get ourselves on the same page. We would like to have a screenshot of the page where the "Windows Update" should be placed in. Also, when you type "Windows Update" in the Search box/Cortana, does it show up as an option?

Let us also know the troubleshooting steps you've done so far.

It will not open under Cortana Search.  I did an SFC /scannow and did the DISM online restore health.  I checked to make sure all the services were running that Windows Update needs and they are all running.  I had another work computer install Windows Creator update over the weekend and this issue is know on it as well.

1. Press Windows key, then type in winver. 
2. A pop-up box will show up containing your Windows version. 
3. Send us a screenshot.
