Hello ATTILA,

Clear Windows Update Cache

Press Windows key once
Type command prompt in the Windows Start Search
Right click Command Prompt from the search results
Select Run as administrator

Type net stop wuauserv and press Enter
Type rmdir %windir%\SoftwareDistribution /S /Q and press Enter
Type net start wuauserv and press Enter

Try to update the Windows and it should work fine.

Update via ISO File

Use a Windows ISO. This means that you will create a Windows 10 bootable media and use that install the latest version of Windows 10.

You will use the Windows 10 ISO file, you’ll be asked to select what you want to do with your previous settings and apps. Unfortunately, majority of the users solved the issue by selecting Not to keep the old Windows settings. Try to update the Windows while keeping the old settings. Otherwise you can decide whether to install the latest version of Windows without keeping the settings or not.

If you decide to do a clean install then don’t forget to backup your important data.

Download Tool

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

Click the option Use the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file), follow the instrucions

Select the ISO file option in step 5 (since we will be using ISO to update Windows)
You should have an ISO file once you are done
Navigate to the location where you downloaded the ISO file
Right click your Windows 10 ISO file and select Open with and then select File Explorer
Double click setup.exe
Select either Nothing (clean install) or Keep personal files only option when asked

Hope it helps, have a good day

The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script. See:
http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2015/12/windows...
Make sure you run the script as an administrator.
