Hi Marcos. I'm Greg, awarded MVP for eleven years, Volunteer Moderator, and Independent Advisor here to help you until this is resolved.
The version is so old I'd focus on updating it and then the corruption of Windows Update should fix itself since Windows will be reinstalled to the latest version.
To do this manually upgrade to the latest version by creating the latest installation media from Media Creation Tool, follow the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:"
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-downlo...
Open the media in Explorer, or double click the ISO file to Mount it, right click Setup to Run as Administrator. Steps here: https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016/06/how-to...
This saves your files, apps and most settings in place while upgrading to the latest version by the most stable method.
If any problems report back the verbatim error and number, then continue with these steps for overcoming Version Upgrade problems: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
If the Version has problems I will work with you to try to resolve them. If the problems are unfixable for now, you have ten days to roll it back in Recovery settings. You can then hide it so it doesn't try to reinstall following this same method: https://www.howtogeek.com/223864/how-to-uninsta.... I can help you go over it first to see if it can be fixed.
Most problems are also resolved by doing this gold standard Clean Install which should get you past all difficulties as it has millions of others who have followed the steps in this link and never come back to report another problem: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki... . So read it over and see if its something you want to learn to do.
There is also older version media available from Microsoft TechBench here:
https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php. Burn to DVD using WIndows Image Burner or create bootable flash using one of the options here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create...
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you will wait to rate my post, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Thanks for the help Greg I really appreciate it.
I've tried from the media creation tool directly or downloading the ISO file from TechBench but when windows is installing at 57% stops and send me a message that the installation failed. In Both ways happens the same.
Thanks

Marcos, I'd continue to try upgrading the version following the steps here for Overcoming Version Upgrade Failures: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
I would also look over and strongly consider doing the Clean Install which should get you past all difficulties as it has millions of others who have followed the steps in this link and never come back to report another problem: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki.... It is a better install than any amount of money could buy and a great learning experience that will make you permanently the master of your PC because you will know what works best and have applied it with your own hands.
You can also repair Updates which is more of a band aid but might help by at least getting Updates working, although if manual version update doesn't work then there are deeper problems that Updates are not likely to resolve.
I'll give you everything possible for fixing failed Windows Updates, so that at least something will work. Even if you've tried a step, please do it over in sequence. Report back any steps that cannot be performed and why:
Some Updates will sort themselves out in a few days so I'd wait to see. If not or they are bothering you then here are steps you can take:
1) Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter from Windows Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
2) Go through this checklist from Microsoft with the latest fixes for Windows Updates:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/tro...
3) Type Services in Search box, run Services app as Administrator, open Windows Update Service and Background Intelligent Transfer Service and Stop both.
Press “Windows (flag) key + R,” copy and paste C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ press the Enter button.
This folder has all the files related to Windows updates.
Open the “Download” folder, select and delete all the files.
Restart Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer services in Services app by opening both and choosing Start.
4) If that fails try manually resetting Windows Update Service with the commands here:
https://www.askvg.com/fix-windows-update-proble...
5) You can also install the Updates manually that fail to install, which are logged at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Installed Update History, and then search for those to download and install from this Catalog: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...
6) If they continue to fail and interfere, then you can block them using one of these methods: https://www.howtogeek.com/223864/how-to-uninsta...
7) If problems with Updates have become chronic and especially if you have other performance problems, go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/wiki...
Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
8) If you have an older version or if nothing else works then while I am here to help you I would manually upgrade to the latest version by opening the Media Creation Tool from this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-10/m..., choose Download Tool Now, then open the tool and choose Upgrade This PC Now. This saves your files, apps and most settings in place, is the most stable method to change versions, brings your Updates current, resolves most problems.
If any problems report back the verbatim error and number, then continue with these steps for overcoming Version Upgrade problems: http://answers.microsoft.com/en_US/windows/wiki...
9) All present ways to control Updates are here:
https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-con...
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Thanks for everything Greg
I still haven't had lucked, windows update services are still disabled and every time I tried to install the update ( I've tried all the ways ) The media creative tool, downloading the ISO file, using a USB. Every time the installation fails. I don't know what to do. This is just probably to advance for me.
Thanks
Marcos Levy
