Windows Update doesn't load in Update & Security

In the last week I had some issues while playing games. (random crashes, freezes, low fps, etc.) I checked if I could install new drivers, but that wasn't the case. Than I wanted to check if Windows needed to update. But the page won't load, the only thing I see, are those 5 small balls moving at the top, indicating that the page is loading. Does anyone know why this is happening, or how to fix it?

According to the images you uploaded, your system files and your disk have no problem.

To find out the version of your Windows, do as indicated in this article.

Windows 10 has the option to reset. This option will take Windows into a state similar to when you first used it and allow you to keep your files.
Perhaps it is the best option for you, as the problem is proving to be more complicated than I thought. You may spend more time trying to solve the problem than resetting Windows and reinstalling your applications.
