If you are using a HP laptop then try to download and install the Intel Rapid Storage drivers from the below mentioned link in order to resolve the issue:-

If you are not using a HP laptop then try to Export the registry keys i.e. Wuauserv, Cryptsvc and BITS from a working computer and then try to import it on the computer which is encountering the issues:-

Export the Registry keys form the below mentioned location and try to merge it on a computer which has this issue:-

Start - Run – regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bits

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\cryptsvc

Before merging it please take the backup of your registry..!

I am sure this will resolve the issue..:)
