Windows terminal is not opening in the explorer context menu; notepad (modern app) is not opening in run when typing "notepad"

I clicked "Open in Windows Terminal" in the desktop context menu and nothing happens, so as the notepad modern app in run dialog won't launch when I typed "notepad", these problems happened at the same time so I think this is the same problem. I installed millions of apps on this device so I don't want to get it reset, any solutions?

Edit: 1. Open terminal in start menu, 2. win+x then select windows terminal and 3. run wt are all confirmed working; 1. open notepad in start menu manually, 2. settings-apps-apps and features-more settings-application aliases-toggle notepad off are all confirmed working. So I think it's not the problem of the win32 app. Also, when I open the desktop context menu-show more options-open in windows terminal, it shows error: this process has no package identity.
