Please Help!!!!
I have a windows tablet called the hexa spring 8 which was running very slow because it had an old copy of windows 10 so i decided to reset it from the updates section and chose the option to not keep any data but after the process had reached 50% the tablet restarted and after it showed the hexa logo it got stuck on a blank screen with nothing but when i touch anywhere on the screen a small cursor shows up in that area and i can drag it anywhere on the screen but nothing else happens someone please help me 😭
