Windows stuck on file system error message at startup

My PC was having some trouble running a couple programs this evening, so i figured it was a storage problem and decided to clear away some files. Deleted some old pics, uninstalled a few games, etc. Nothing big. Then I decided to restart it. PC shut down fine but upon restart I immediately got this message: "file system error (-1073741566)"and the error was directed at the file where my Wacom hardware is installed (C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\Wacom\Wacom_Tablet.exe) The rest of the screen was black. After Alt+F4 closing the window another one would pop up.

Tried hard restarting many times but never got past this error screen. Can't even access sign in into for safe start up options. Haven't seen anything like this on the web either (maybe I'm not searching the right thing?) Can anyone help?

I'm on a HP laptop with Windows 10 installed. Thanks beforehand!

Here is a bit of info on that error and what the person did to solve

This was actually the only post I could find. Is your tablet connected right now? If so disconnect it and try to reboot.

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.

Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
