Windows stuck at Preparing Automatic Repair screen

I am using Lenovo IdeaPad 310 with AMD A10 processor and windows 10. It stuck at Preparing Automatic Repair Screen and after a while a black screen appears. I cant even enter the automatic repair screen where i cab troubleshoot.
Hello SaiAravind,

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

I understand that your device is currently stuck at preparing automatic repair.

Try accessing the advanced startup. When booting once you see the Windows logo hard press the power button to interrupt it. You may need to do this 3-4 times till the advance startup shows up.

In advanced options, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Repair Windows. If repair fails, proceed with Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.

If you are unable to get pass this or unable to access Advanced options, try booting your device from a USB installation media.
Using a different device, create an installation media: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win....
1. Click the "Download tool now" button.
2. Once downloaded run the MediaCreationTool2004.exe file.
3. Accept the terms.
4. Select Create installation media, then hit Next.
5. Proceed with the prompts.

If your device is not ready yet with the latest 2004 version of Windows, you can download an ISO of earlier versions of Windows on this link: https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php
Then use Rufus: https://rufus.ie/ to create the installation media.
You can review this link on how to create an installation media using Rufus: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/create-windows...

Once created, boot your device on it and then select Repair this PC.

If it still fails, I'm afraid but you may need to consider doing a clean install of Windows. For a more detailed steps on how to clean install, check this article:

Kind regards.

Follow the guided walk-through on the link below and troubleshoot Black Screen error:

If it fails, then proceed with booting up your device from an installation media and use the Repair Windows feature.
