Windows Store does not work on Windows 10 anymore!

So i have a computer with Windows 7 that is now Windows 10 Home edition. My windows store worked perfect at the begining but later it some how stopped I tried every single method: I searched for the solution, run scannow and other things like restart the store command or what it was called(nothing worked). It seems that the windows store got deleted and the worst is that i can not use any other apps connected to it. I even tried to find the Store files but i didnt. It seems that requierd files for windows store got deleted.

Any solutions? (Refreshing Windows or refreshing to a time before is not an option for me)

Hi,

As a diagnostic step I suggest you login to the computer using a different Microsoft account and check if the Windows Store responds.

Within the same login you may also try opening and working on Apps. This will help us to find out if there is been a account corruption.

Let us know the results.

I'm having the same problem, the windows store does not open.  I tried what you said and it did not work.

Store on the other account work perfectly.  Store on my account won't launch and the icon on the task bar disappear.

ĥaving same issue with store. It worked fine for a week then stopped responding.

Store and Sudoku worked for a wekk and then stopped.  The response is there is a server error.
