Windows Store: "Choose an account" is blank. I'm logged in, but I can't download an app because no accounts display.

I've tried this in both IE and Chrome. I have Windows 10 installed.

  1. I log in to my Windows account successfully.
  2. I go to the Windows Store and click APPS.
  3. I search for any app and attempt to download.
  4. The "Choose an account" dialogue pops up, but displays no account.
    1. In the Windows Store open window, if I click the login person, it also says "Choose an account" with no available account.

So I'm logged in, but my account is not displaying and I have no way of actually signing in. I'm trying to download a demo so I can test it for my work, but I can't even download ANYTHING to my computer.

See attached screenshot: I'm logged in, but Windows Store I get nothing.

Which search bar? I've typed it in every search bar on my desktop and in the Windows Store, and nothing saying "Your Accounts" has ever shown up.

I did find "User Accounts," but that has no option for "Sign in with a local account." There's nothing that looks anything like what you've described.
