 i dont know how to fix this problem, any answers will be appriciated

Have you recently installed Windows 10, or have you recently received a major update to Windows 10

Those download arrows indicate some new apps will be installed by Windows Automatic updates in the near future . . .

Hello,

Open administrative Windows PowerShell and type following and press Enter key:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Let the command complete. See if the issue is resolved now.

Please update the apps.
