Windows Security sign-box

When trying to connect with Wi-Fi, the Windows Security sign-in box repeatedly comes up. Even after logging in, the box reappears over and over, preventing the Wi-Fi connection from happening. I am forced to plug in with a cable.  Any suggestions?
