Windows security health service keeps crashing

Windows Security Health Service keeps crashing. Also when that happens the Tamper protection in windows defender is turned off and cannot be turned back on until i disconnect from the internet. Any help or information would be appreciated. I dont know if i have a virus or this is some Microsoft glitch. Help please.

Let's scan with Defender Offline from the link below and then scan the system files.

Use System File Checker to fix possible corrupted or missing Windows files.
Run the following commands from the command prompt (as an administrator) one at a time:

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
sfc /scannow
chkdsk /R /F /X

Reboot and check if the issue is resolved.
