So this issue has been occurring for a while now, where Windows will download an update (2018-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Stystems (KB4343909)) and time and time again, when my computer starts up from being shutdown or reset, the progress will get to 2 or 5 percent before failing and revert the change. While not a huge issue, it does make starting the computer a much longer process then it needs to be. I've tried manual installs and even reinstalling windows with USB to no avail. If anyone has and ideas or help they can provide it would be much appreciated. I'm going to include a WindowsUpdate.log of the past time I reset my computer below, in case anyone can figure anything out from it.
