Hi Fabian,
Scheduled tasks that use Powershell can cause the Powershell window to appear periodically on your computer. We suggest that you check the Task Scheduler.
- Click on Start.
- In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on Task Scheduler in the results.
- Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.
Malware can also cause this issue. We suggest that you use Windows Defender or a third-party security software to scan your system.
Keep us updated with the results.

Thank you for checking the scheduled tasks and getting back to us. If the issue persists, we suggest that you perform a clean boot to check if this problem is caused by a third-party service or startup program. This is carried out to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
We also recommend that you create a new local user account and check if you will experience this issue while on the new account.
Let us know how it goes for us to assist you further.

A while back someone did a clean boot for me but i still have the problem. Ill make a new local account and see if it happens on that.
But i managed to get some screenshots of some programs in the task scheduler.

Those tasks are interesting. Have you installed any programs before this issue appeared? have you scanned your system for any malware/infection?
If you get PowerShell popups, there's something running in the background automatically.

Ahh, do they appear on the new account? I really think it's a background or startup program that is running and using up resources for a few seconds.
If it's really hindering you, you might need to reset your PC to have a fresh install.

I think its a background app because it usually appears after i start the computer and sometimes while I'm using the computer.
Also i might try the clean boot again. How do you do it?

I've tried it but I couldn't disable avast so I hope that wasn't a problem.
Currently it hasn't appeared so I guess it's worked.
Thanks :)
