Windows photo viewer icon is not on default

Hi can someone help, why my jpg and png icon is not on window photo viewer?

I even downloaded Icon Cache Rebuilder, and doing the explorer.exe thing on the task up manager, and also sfc scan. Still doesnt work.

Icon suppose to look like this:
