Windows Phone 8/8.1 To Windows 10 - Offline Method

Hi,

My windows phone modal number is:  NOKIA Lumia 730.

These phone in nothing is going on in this phone, browser play store etc. Please tell me how to update it now.

Download the updater tool from this link- https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56726 and install it on your PC. Connect the phone to the PC using a USB cable, run the tool and follow the instructions.

Is the phone working normally or is it bricked? If it's bricked, you need to fix that first.

Download Windows Device Recovery Tool from this link, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-device-recovery-tool-faq-2b186f06-7178-ed11-4cb6-5ed437f0855b , connect your phone to the PC, run the tool and reset the phone. Then proceed to update the phone using the updater tool.
