I'm burning a cd in wmp12 and wmp can't detect the length of the file. The length is 4:51. It gives me the option to skip this file & continue burn but I want this file on the CD.How can I edit the file info so that wmp will burn this track?

Hi dristain,

·         What is the format of the file you are burning in Windows media player?

·         Have you installed all the codec’s related to media player?

·         What is the length of the file in matter data?

I would suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter. Steps to follow:

i.                    Click on start, in the search box type in Troubleshooting

ii.                  Select Hardware and sound

iii.                Select Play and burning CD’s, DVD’s , and blu-ray disks and follow the wizard

Uninstall any third party DVD/CD burning software installed on your computer and then burn the DVD and check if that helps.

Thanks and Regards:
