Windows live photo gallery does not import photos from iphone

·         Do you get the ‘Auto play’ dialog when you connect your Iphone?

·         What happens when you try to import the pictures?

·         Does your Iphone get detected when you connect it?

·         Are you able to import Pictures from other devices to photo gallery?

For now just check if your import settings for the Photo Gallery are correct:

Also try to import the pictures manually.

You can change the import settings by clicking Options in the Import Pictures and Video window.

Make sure that the Autoplay option is enabled on your computer. When you connect your Iphone. click Start then type "autoplay" into the Search box, then double click the icon that appears in the left pane.

When the Autoplay utility appears, you are presented with the option to change the action Vista.

Make sure the box is checked that says 'Use Autoplay for all Media and Devices'.
