Windows keeps going back to Why did my PC restart?

Hello,

Windows machine stop working after the update. So i did the automatic repair and choose to delete all the files. The repair completed 100% without any problem. However, now the machine keeps going back to screen "Why did my PC restart?". Please see the image below. I was able to connect to wifi however it keeps going to this screen again and again. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Go to a working computer, download, create a bootable copy, then perform a clean install.

Disconnect from the Internet while installing.
