Hello! I'm Manoel Barros, a user with experience in Microsoft products. I will help you with your problem!
When analyzing the minidump files, they still point to nvlddmkm.sys. Errors related to nvlddmkm.sys are caused by Nvidia (Video Card) Drivers. You probably did a clean reinstallation. Try reinstalling the Video Driver using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).
This ensures that the Driver is uninstalled correctly. It is a clean reinstallation.
1. Download the driver from the official website of your graphics card manufacturer.
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
NOTE: This is not a Microsoft website, but it seems to provide accurate and secure information. Be aware of ads that may advertise products often classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Search for any product advertised on the site before deciding to download and install it.
2. When you download the Video Driver, disconnect your PC from the Internet > Search "Device Manager" in the search bar > Click on icon > Expand the "Video adapters" tab.
3. Right-click on the first video device > Select "Uninstall device" > Check "Try to remove this device’s driver" > Confirm.
NOTE: Your screen will search, it is normal, do not worry!
4. Restart the computer.
5. Install the downloaded driver > Choose 'Express Installation' option and proceed > When installing the driver fully, restart the computer.
6. Connect to the internet and check if the problem has been solved.
If the problem persists, it may indicate a defect in your video card. In this case, take your computer to a Professional Technician.
